2. Service Overview

We act as an intermediary between event organisers and ticket purchasers, providing a platform for transactions. Ticketool functions as an agent for the sale of all tickets on behalf of event organisers.

3. Ticket Purchase Process

a. Your selection and submission of payment details constitute an offer to purchase tickets. Acceptance of your offer occurs when payment is cleared, and we confirm the order.

b. Upon acceptance, a unique booking reference will be provided. Please keep this reference as it is required for event entry.

c. Ticket prices and applicable fees are clearly stated during the checkout process. We forward the ticket face value to the event organiser, and the booking fee covers our service charges.

d. We do not acquire the tickets, establish ticket prices, or determine seating/standing arrangements for the event. Instead, we gather ticket funds on behalf of the Event Organiser and forward your booking details to them.

e. The ownership of tickets and the authority to grant entry to the event solely reside with the event organiser, and at no point does it transfer to us.

a. To buy tickets, users may need to register an account or log in to a pre-existing account. Account details must be accurate, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

b. Users may opt for guest checkout without creating an account where they will need to provide valid details.

5. Transfer of Tickets

a. The tickets are intended for the personal use of you and your party only.

b. For the majority of events, you have the option to transfer some or all of your tickets to others who are deemed friends and family. This allows those individuals to gain entry to the event without your presence. We will make diligent efforts to clearly indicate during the booking process whether ticket transfer for a specific event is restricted or not available.

c. You will not attempt to resell tickets in any manner. In the event of an attempt to sell your ticket, it will be invalidated, and the holder will be denied entry to the venue.

b. If an event undergoes rescheduling, changes, or relocation, the event organiser will commonly provide you with the option to either retain or exchange your tickets for the new date or location.

c. The event organiser holds the authority to make decisions regarding changes or cancellations to events. Ticketool cannot assure notification of such changes or cancellations and is not liable for refunds or any consequential expenses incurred for travel, accommodation, related goods or services, or other compensation resulting from such decisions.

Information regarding events advertised by us is presented on behalf of the event organiser and is directly provided by the organisers. e. Should an event be cancelled, rescheduled, or undergo significant changes, and we have not received notification from the event organiser (preventing us from informing you of the cancellation), you must notify us of your refund request no later than 48 hours after the event.

f. If we receive notification from the event organiser regarding the rescheduling of the event or significant changes to the details and subsequently inform you of the alteration, you will be given the option to either retain your booking for the rescheduled or changed event or request a refund of the face value of the ticket.
