rosenberg. are a fresh Manchester-based, alt-rock piece formed by four musicians currently studying at BIMM University. At the core of the band are lead singer Kieran Rimmer and bassist Will Crump, who formed an everlasting musical connection after years of collaboration in their previous band. Their bond serves as the foundation for the group’s raw, passionate sound, which draws inspiration from Interpol, Wunderhorse and Fontaines D.C.

One Man Boycott

One Man Boycott craft songs that balance urgency with vulnerability, led by Joe Brewer’s unmistakable voice and lyrical honesty. Starting as a solo project and now a full-band experience, their sound blends soaring pop-punk choruses with the grit of UK alt-rock. Having cut their teeth with debut album Counting the Seconds and shows across the UK and EU, the band are now closing in on the release of their new record. Face For Radio drops 17th October, the same day as their appearance at The Spice Of Life Soho, with a separate acoustic EP following in November. Expect anthems that cut deep, moments that connect, and a performance that wears its heart on its sleeve.

DEAD RED JETS

Formed in 2020 Dead Red Jets raw 3 piece sound is infused with the sound and feeling of 50’s style rock & roll,with the attitude and drive of garage rock. Dead Red Jets-Andy Smith(guitar & lead vocals), Ray Brodrick (drums & percussion), Jamie Burridge (bass & vocals) Released their debut album in August 2023. Recorded in the vein of early rock & roll the album was recorded in just 2 sessions to capture the raw live sound of the band. Drawing on the early influences of Little Richard,The Backbeat Band and Vince Taylor along with The Jim Jones Revue and Nick Curran & The Lowlifes. Also adding glimpses of The Stooges,The Cramps, Detroit Cobras, MC5 and Gallon Drunk to the bands sound.

Frankcastre

‘Cowboy grunge’ band, established just outside of Southampton back in 2021 by guitarist Frank and frontman Connor. However, many many lineup changes later, redefined image and sound as of 2024 and now preparing for the release of first single later this year. The sound is a very punk & 60s rock inspired amalgamation inclusive of heavy folk inspirations lyrically with very strong political and social messages behind each song. “If Leon Trotsky and Jeremy Corbyn wrote lyrics for a rock band” Frankcastre is set to release first single Forgotten Homes, later this year. A dark rock song about the destruction of innocent people’s homes by war.
