SHIMMER

Bright, bold, and horrifically human, SHIMMER dance between polish and grit crafting infectious guitar riffs with upbeat rhythms and raw, heartfelt lyrics drawn straight from lived experience. The result: music that makes you wanna dance till dawn, as you cry through gritted teeth whilst screaming your troubles away! Based in Swansea, SHIMMER began as a songwriting passion project between close friends David Alexander and Jac Davies. SHIMMER has since been joined by close friends Jordan Dibble and Joshua Davies, all having met through previous projects and shared musical influences (The 1975, Ariana Grande, The National, Gang of Youths).

Red Town

Red Town’s sound is unique. The London band draws influences form all the best music of the last 6 decades, creating a sound that can’t be pigeonholed. Influences range from Jefferson Airplane & Janis Joplin to Prince, Traffic to Arctic Monkeys, via the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. With the soulful vocals of Jodie Green, & strong harmonies, the music is strong on melody & beats, with hints of funk, psychedelia, & an array of musical textures. Gigging on the London scene for the last 5 years, Red Town have an EP & 5 singles under their belts, & are back recording with new material to drop soon. Her name was? Are an alternative rock duo formed in Alberta Canada lighting up the London music scene. Known for their energetic and immersive live shows Her name was? always deliver a performance like no other. Their sound is reminiscent of acts such as nirvana and sex pistols with elements of 60s soul, psychedelic and a bit of goth rock for good measure.
