‘Social Sessions’ is a night of London’s best up-and-coming acoustic artists playing a mixture of original songs and classic covers. This free entry event is the perfect place to soak in the atmosphere and discover your next favourite artist.

Parshad

Parshad is trying to write songs like postcards you forget to send. Based in London but often lost in sound, he blends late-night thoughts with early morning strums. Expect acoustic covers that feel like voice notes and originals that smell like rain. He probably has an Ed Sheeran lyric stuck in his head right now. Follow for impromptu jam sessions, heart-on-sleeve storytelling, and music that hugs you a little.

Roar Idle blends rocky, psychedelic sounds with introspective vocals that explore the mysteries of the universe, creating a thought-provoking yet catchy sonic landscape. The band’s journey began with the vocalist and guitarist, who started writing songs in his bedroom in his teen years, later spending hours jamming, and rocking out with friends in neighbourhood garages. Inspired by the sounds of the ’60s and the power of music to reflect deeper truths, his songwriting invites listeners to explore both inner and outer worlds.

Emma Virginia is the fairy pop, singer-songwriter that you don’t want to miss. Harnessing her love of musical theatre, she brings the drama and vocals to everything she does. Born in Surrey & now London based Emma can promise you a rollercoaster of emotions through her songwriting. From feeling like you want to walk through the woods in a long flowing dress, to wanting to destroy your ex, you are in for some fun. For fans of Hozier, Chappell Roan and Renee Rapp you’ll laugh, you’ll cry & want to stay tuned for what she does next.

Dean Statham

Hailing from East London, Dean Statham is a singer/songwriter and actor known for his raw lyrics, emotive vocals, and magnetic presence. Winner of the Gay Times Unsigned Songwriter Award 2024, he’s released 4 mixtapes to date. The latest being ‘God Bless The Darkness II,’ it was released in March 2025. They also have 1 studio album (Since We Last Spoke). Each one is a deeply personal, self-penned journey through love, loss, and self-discovery. Dean’s 2nd studio album NightVision will be released on July 11th 2025. With a talent for storytelling and a passion for authentic expression, he writes every one of his songs, crafting music that resonates on a universal level.
