LUTHERNIST

Luthernist is a rap musician, songwriter, poet, performer, and producer from Redbridge, East London. Inspired by icons like 2Pac, Nas, and Kendrick Lamar, he has become a formidable force in the music scene. Launching his journey by crafting songs on his iPhone, such as ‘Underground’ showcases his unmatched cadence and fluid flow – featured on BBC Boarders Soundtrack, setting a bold precedent for his ascent. His repertoire reflects a broad spectrum of themes—from cautionary anthems like ‘Eyez Watchin’, accentuated by hard-hitting visuals from Cwtch, to deeply heartfelt pieces such as ‘Because I Want 2’, garnered airtime on BBC Radio 6 and BBC Introducing Essex. Music video from his track ‘Know Me’ in his debut mixtape ‘A Blind Eye Beneath The Golden Sun’ qualified for the Frequencies Music Festival 2023. Luthernist’s 2024 sophomore project, ‘The Doorway To Zenith,’ unveils a more introspective dimension of the artist as he articulately explores his deep-seated struggles in a cathartic manner, complemented by striking visuals in partnership with Packed Lunch Productions, OfficialDBuk for ‘103.5FM’, ‘Gospel Talk’ and more. With a diverse and dynamic catalogue, Luthernist paves the way for emerging talent and stands tall among his peers as an inspiring figure in the music industry. His captivating live performances at venues like the O2 Academy Islington, Lafayette & Next Door Records engage audiences, inviting them to immerse themselves in his powerful artistic world.
