Here to avenge all the lost hits of the 20th century, The Dovengers (“D’oh-ven-jers”, if you’re unsure) are comprised of four passionate multi-instrumentalists, offering faithful recreations of Soul, Rock and R&B tunes from the 70s through to the early 00s, covering legends such as Michael Jackson, TOTO, Earth Wind & Fire, Steely Dan and Hall & Oates, as well as British cultural giants such as The Beatles, Queen, Madness, and more. Expect an evening of instrument-swapping, four-part harmonies, original tunes, surprisingly talented musicianship, and a descent into carnage as the classic crowd-pleasers begin to come out.

confusion towards contemporary life mixed with a general boredom of modernity and a sprinkle of social satire all lie at the heart of Tranquil’s in your face punk/grunge influenced Rock sound. all nicely wrapped up in the form of three dorks hanging out on stage and yelling at strangers the question that’s on all of our minds; “what the hell is going on?”
