Join us for an evening of ‘Beer and Busking’ at the secret late-night speakeasy, ‘Call Me Mr Lucky’. This hidden gem features some of London’s finest emerging talent performing a mixture of originals, classic covers and modern-day hits. Show your support for the artists by leaving a ‘tip’ during their performance. All proceeds go to War Child UK to help children in areas of conflict.

Ashira

Ashira Parti, an 18-year-old singer-songwriter and performer, is currently pursuing her studies at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute. From the tender age of 7, Ashira has nurtured her passion for music, particularly focusing on vocals and guitar. Her musical preferences span from the 1960s to today’s popular hits. She draws inspiration from a variety of R&B artists such as SZA, Jorja Smith, Daniel Caesar, among others. With ambitions of achieving success as an artist and performer, Ashira is dedicated to her craft and artistic journey.

Alex Comaish

Hailing from a small village in South Gloucestershire, but now based in Tooting, Alex Comaish combines pop sensibilities with folk-punk energy. Armed with his trusty acoustic guitar and his loop pedal, he bridges numerous disparate influences, from KT Tunstall and Maisie Peters, to Frank Turner, and Brian Fallon of The Gaslight Anthem. With a knack for off beat, quirky lyrics and singalong hooks, you’ll find yourself humming along to yourself days after the show.

Taidi

Hailing from Oxfordshire Taidi is a British singer/songwriter/producer based in London. Inspired by artists ranging from Frank Ocean, Loyle Carner, and Stevie Wonder, to Nick Drake, The Strokes, and Clairo, his unique but varied sound has a distinct flair for the lyrical, evoking feelings of nostalgia, foreboding and whimsy. Personable stagecraft aside, “Taidi has a gorgeously soulful voice that carries his emotions beautifully, it’s impossible not to feel at one with Taidi’s performance – the way he brings a room together is magic” (Rough Edges, 2024).

rooberry is the solo project of RnB/Neo Soul/Funk Guitarist and Songwriter Reuben Thomas. Inspired by a diverse range of influences across genres, and driven by extensive experience as a lead guitarist in bands, rooberry writes honest, vulnerable, soulful songs that draw from the rollercoaster of human existence.
