Formed entirely by accident, Marianne (formerly Missing Marianne) is a four-piece multi-genred ensemble. The band is a strange stillbirth: a jarred coalescence of folk and soul roots courtesy of lead vocalist and pianist Rory Dinwoodie, latin grooves by drummer Vic V. Palmer, funky lines all the way from Ukraine from bassist Arsenii Butyrin, along with the college rock embellishments of guitarist Q Zanjani. With influences ranging from Fela Kuti to Avenged Sevenfold, the Marianne sound doesn’t take kindly to specifics. The band switches from intimate indie piano ballads to heavy alternative riffage, but with a cohesive creative vision…probably.

No Flamingos on a Sunday is an alternative/indie rock band that blends the disparate musical preferences of its members into a diverse soup of rock, metal, blues, and punk. Formed in Lincoln before moving to the Cambridge/London area, they’ve been bringing their tasty guitar riffs and catchy lyrical hooks to venues there since 2022.

Chainman

Chainman is a three piece indie noise rock band from the south coast of the UK. They have been a band for over a year and have recently released their first EP which are the first songs they wrote together at the start of the band. They decided to be a band when sat on Nelsons column in London at 12am on a walk and since then they have done shows across the south and London and continue to make lots of new music! Charlie is the guitarist and singer, Phoebe is the drummer and Seb is the bassist (occasionally Charlie and Phoebe switch instruments for several songs at some Chainman shows!) Chainman have much more new music and projects on the way…
