North London four-piece Vortex Floors bring classic alternative rock and post-punk energy back to centre stage, with their catchy hooks, funky Hammond-led sound and relentless psychedelic groove. Their acclaimed debut gig at the Macbeth, Hoxton in August 2023 was followed by two studio recordings – Ocean Girl and Runaway Train. Now available on most major platforms, the tracks provide a showcase for the band’s songwriting ability and sound. More recently, Vortex Floors have performed to a near full-house at the Spice of Life in February 2024. Annie Mae is an Irish singer/songwriter, taking inspiration from a range of artists from Lizzy McAlpine to Michael Bublé.
