Kingsgate

Kingsgate is a five-piece that blends rock, funk, pop and RnB into a powerful sound that gets crowds on their feet. Their ethos is that music should be fun and make you feel something, and with catchy melodies, rich harmonies, and energetic instrumentals, theirs does exactly that. The band was started by two friends who grew up together on the Kingsgate estate in Dalston, London, from which they take their name. After taking a short hiatus following the tragic loss of one of these founding members in 2023, Kingsgate has re-emerged more determined than ever. They’ll soon be releasing their first single “Let’s talk about it” and gigging around London throughout the Summer – keep an eye out!

Tequila Plunge Pool

Nobody likes Tequila Plunge Pool. Like is too tepid. This is music that enters your bloodstream hot. South London and Berlin jazz infused with 90s alt rock and grunge. Raw and cooked. You’ve never heard anything of the sort. Will Kitcatt, drums and Will Spurrell, guitars and vocals, who’ve played together in several bands, formed Tequila Plunge Pool last year with experienced session musicians alongside. This is music you need right now. Their following is growing and nobody likes them.

The Pillbox Jam

The Pill Box Jam was formed in early 2024 by passionate musicians dedicated to delivering electrifying performances that will captivate your audience and elevate any event. The core members are Michael Benhoer, Nigel Feldman, Fran Bernhard and other musicians. They are a self-contained band encouraged by Jazz standards and funk grooves. The Pill Box Jam has formed a solid fan based within only a few months. Their unique blend of funk grooves, jazz solos, and strong melodies makes them unique on what they do, breaking away from Jazz stereotypes. With a fusion of jazz sophistication and funky rhythms, The Pill Box Jam creates a unique and vibrant sound that will get everyone on their feet.

Ben Dwyer Xperiment

Hailing from the vibrant city of London, The Ben Dwyer Xperiment is a 7-piece band that masterfully blends the grooves of jazz, funk, and fusion. Drawing inspiration from legends such as Herbie Hancock, The Headhunters, Kenny Garrett, and The RH Factor, this ensemble delivers a unique sound that’s both sophisticated and irresistibly danceable. Their impressive live shows have earned them a dedicated following. Highlights include a sold-out industry showcase at Ninety One Living Room, as well as memorable gigs at The Jam House and the Spice of Life. The band has also made waves on the festival scene, perfomring at Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Stompin’ on the Quomps, and Germany’s Aalen JazzFest

Jonny Liebeck

Jonny Liebeck is a London-based jazz pianist, composer & band leader, and a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music and Trinity Laban. Born and raised in West London, Jonny gigs all over the city, and has performed at venues such as the Southbank Centre, Royal Albert Hall, 91 Living Room, Rich Mix, Toulouse Lautrec & CLF Art Lounge. As a composer and band leader, Jonny has been leading his own original project for the past 5 years self-releasing several EP’s & albums, his most recent entitled ‘The Next Chapter’ released last summer. His music is a combination of 20th century jazz, jazz funk & Latin jazz as well as fusion with electronic dance music genres such as Jungle, Breakbeat & House.
