Strange Addiction

Strange Addiction are a two piece band from South London. They have been writing and recording for the past two years. Beautiful, dark sounds, laced with catchy pop choruses, they have been impressing people with their original material and videos on youtube and have just started gigging around London. Sonke on Keyboards programming and production. Anna on Vocals, shakers and all Strange Addiction artwork and images. Both write and produce their sounds in their studio in South East London. They were lucky enough to use the likes of Eli Irvine (King Kurt) and Anne Stephenson (The Communards and Massive Attack) on some of their recent tracks. Welcome to the world of Strange Addiction.

The Creature Appeal

The Creature Appeal have evolved massively since their formation in the primordial ooze that was the late 2010’s Birmingham indie landscape. They consist of Nicole Sedgley (Vocals), Campbell Air (Guitar), Conor Sharphouse (Bass) Cath Grove (Keys), and Andy Wilson (Drums). Their sound is difficult to pin down. Imagine the introspective and melancholy lyrics of Phoebe Bridgers/ Boygenius, paired with soaring, soulful vocals of Florence + The Machine, all backed by 2010’s-esque indie guitars. One thing is for sure; any gig with TCA on the line up will be an emotional rollercoaster.

Native Speaker

Formed from the ashes of a previous incarnation of the band, Native Speaker spent good part of 2023 writing the material for their album Native Speaker due on July 22nd. The Four members hail from different places, Pawel Saul (vocals, guitar) from Poland, Ben James (bass) from England, Gianfranco Ventura (guitar) from Italy via the US and Alessandra Schiavon (drums) also from Italy. The band combine their various influences, post punk, alt rock, shoegaze, psychedelia etc, to create different and original sounds. The four members are a new band but veterans musicians having played in various countries and different other outfits.
