Marianne

Formed entirely by accident, Marianne (formerly Missing Marianne) is a four-piece post-indie (?) ensemble. The band is a strange stillbirth – a jarred coalescence of folk / soul roots (courtesy of lead vocalist / pianist Rory Dinwoodie), dub / latin grooves (stickman Vic V. Palmer), funk and soul basslines all the way from Ukraine (bassist, Arsenii Butyrin) and alternative / college rock flourishes (Q Zanjani, guitarist / vocalist). With influences ranging from Jordan Rakei to Avenged Sevenfold via FOALs, the Marriane sound doesn’t take kindly to labels. The live set flickers between intimate piano ballads and nuclear riffage, all underpinned by a cohesive creative vision. Probably.

Lilypads

Lilypads have quickly established themselves in the London music scene through their unique songwriting and dazzling harmonies. Winners of the Hotvox and Bingley Festival Future Icon competition, the boys have been fast tracked to play at some of London’s iconic venues, headlining The Old Queen’s Head, and playing to sell out crowds at The O2 Academy Islington.

The 253

The 253 are a London-based 5-piece jazz and funk band, with influences ranging from Ella Fitzgerald to Hiatus Kaiyote. Their music ranges from traditional jazz standards to modern pop and blues, from beautiful ballads to disco numbers that will have you dancing the night away.

Cardinal

Cardinal is a London based rock band, incorporating influences from hard rock, alternative, grunge, indie and brit-pop to create a unique and varied sound. Formed in 2020 and named for the Cardinal Wiseman school all 5 members attended in Greenford, West London, since 2021 Cardinal have steadily been writing, performing and live and recording to find their sound and hone their live act. With two releases (“Another Way Out” and “The Other Side”) already on streaming services, an upcoming EP of road-tested music and a number of fantastic gigs including the Isle of Wight New Blood competition final under their belt, Cardinal are working towards making their mark in the rock scene.
