At just 19 years old, James Witham is carving out a distinctive voice in the UK’s new wave of indie talent. Hailing from Teesside, James blends the raw honesty of classic singer-songwriter storytelling with the expansive textures of modern alternative music — creating a sound that feels both deeply personal and bound for big stages. His music explores themes of growth, identity, and the restless energy of youth, all filtered through shimmering guitars, cinematic synths, and powerful vocal performances. James is quickly emerging as one of the North East’s most exciting young artists — one whose sound is both grounded in Teesside grit and changeling modern direction.

Mt. Skies

Mt. Skies are a three-piece band from Southend-on-Sea, known for their tight musicianship and emotionally charged performances. Blending elements of emo, punk, and indie rock, the band move effortlessly between calm, intimate moments and heavier, high-energy outbursts, creating a dynamic and engaging live experience. Inspired by bands like Blink 182, Alkaline Trio & various Midwest Emo bands they are built on a foundation of locked-in drums and bass with melodic, expressive guitar lines and rich vocal harmonies, giving their songs both weight and warmth. Their music balances vulnerability with fun, delivering emotional depth without losing momentum or energy.

Formed in 2023, Maidstone based heavy rockers, Echoes draw from a wide range of collective influences to create their own unique and varied brand of hard rock/metal. Known for their energetic and hard-hitting live shows, Echoes have been honing their craft in venues all across the South East – including performances at Metal to the Masses, Kent and the legendary Tunbridge Wells Forum. With new music recorded and soon to be released, catch them now while they’re louder and more in-your-face then ever!
